Got any good camp stories, Six? 
Heh heh, O ya!
On one of the camps, older boys 9-12 y/o.
One of the kids had never been away from home before and was so homesick he pushed himlesf into an asthma attack. After I got his inhaler, me and the head boys counselor were sitting with him and he kept crying and saying that his heart hurt and he wanted to call his mom. He just kept going on and on.
What was really interesting was all the other boys were very supportive of him and wanted us to let him call his mom. From inner-city kids this display of compassion was totally unexpected. Usually they pounce like rabid wolves at the first sign of weakness.
