I'm going away for a bit

Well finally got my surgery confirmed, and this tumor is coming out on tuesday.
I've been working 2 jobs to save up money for sick leave so won't be on the forum or cs server untill monday. Took monday off too since I want to go to chapters to pick up some books and stuff. But yea going to be stuck in the hospital for a week and when I come home I'm not sure if I'll be well enough to sit on this comp for to long ( their going to take a piece of my abdomin out and replace it with a piece of my leg, so if anyone asks it was a shark bite.) so might not be on for a few weeks. I'm just going to lye in bed and play splinter cell all day.
Actually I might be getting a private room so might take my xbox to the hospital to play.
 
Definitely lots of prayers going out for you. I personally got a bit scared when I had surgery. When they finally gave me a couple minutes just to breathe before it happened, I talked to God and got a very good peace and I was fine.......but they still felt I needed all of those meds.... God promises to never leave nor forsake us. I heard preaching that in the Hebrew language this verse interprets to I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever...no way, no how, ever never, leave you:) Please know that God is with you and will carry you through this trial. I pray that you will know Him through this as the Great Physician and that you will feel the comfort of His presence.
 
Well I've been earning all this extra money, working at the pne I thought I'd take it all and have a good time since I'm going to be stuck at home soon. So went to the pne but instead of loosing all my money I made 280$ at the casino which means I'll be getting AOE2, or a PSP but not sure about the psp since I should save money since I won't be working for a while.
But thanks everyone for their concern, but I'm going to be fine. I'm probobly not going to stress about it until monday or tuesday morning. My last surgery I was fine untill I was in the waitign room waiting to go in the surgical room, and waiting in the OR with the nurses taking out all the tools their going to use.
But Pil next year u got to come to the pne, I'm connected.
But ya litsfalda I'm all for all the meds I can get, the last time I was in the hospital my favorite phrase was "more morfene plz". :)
 
Smiles I didnt say ask for more I said they felt I needed them but when I got to talk with God in a brief minute where everyone left me alone He became my peace. I hope everything goes well for you. Still praying Blessings,"Angel"
 
Well I'm off now, I think I'm set, i got my Ipod updated and I got my Pac cd to listen to on the way there.

Ok I'm back home now, still have some drainage tuebes in me and still get tired standing up for more than 30 sec but other wise everything went well.
Surgery was easy they didn't reconstruct my ab muscle since they found some small tumors on my bowel, and I might have surgery sometime in the future, but for now Im' just enjoying being out of that hospital and back home.
Finally get to eat some good food, everything at the hospital was overcooked or soggy. :(
 
Welcome back! Glad to hear that it went well! I will come for sure next year! I thought it went to the end of september. :( When I heard that it ended this last weekend, I was sad.
 
It is a blessing and encouragement that God has answered our prayers in your behalf. We will continue to pray that the LORD is nigh in the coming days and that He will bless you with delicious food to fatten you up! :)
