iPod Touch

Do any of you have one? If so, are you having problems with them? Which version should I get.

I am looking to get one this summer.
 
I got 2nd gen for my wife last Christmas. She & I absolutely loves it. I wish i had one. I bought a wi-fi modem just for her to use at home. I put movies on it and music.
I got her some Bose ear phones for comfort and sound. She takes it everywhere.
We got the 16 gig version. Some games don't do like you think they would. Over rotates to easily when moving.
 
I have a 2nd gen, 16GB. Way too much room for me, but what can ya do? It's a little touch when it comes to the Gyrospecter thingy, but all in all it's fun. I'd get the 2nd generation over the 1st gen because it has volume buttons on the outside, so you don't have to unlock your machine every time a song gets loud. YOu can just press the buttons :) And most games are made for iPhone/2nd Gen Ipod TOuch
 
I refuse the whole Apple thing, just never been a fan of the ipod, ishuffle, imac, iwhatchamacallit, etc..

But that's just a personal preference and by no way I'm I trying to dig up other to boycott silly names calling.
 
I love my 2nd gen one, and my enjoys her first gen...and my bro also has a 2nd gen...amazing...I use mine for so many things...

That looks like the Sylvania SMPK8858, which is very similar to the SMPK8854 that I found on clearance for $25 at my local Walgreens.

When I want to watch anime or TV shows, I watch them on my TV (using my media center/torrent box and a S-Video cable) or on my laptop.

For listening to music on the go, I have a Sansa Clip 4GB that I bought for $35 during last year's Black Friday sales. It's small, practical, has more than enough storage for my needs, and the controls are easy to use.

For portable gaming, I have my Nintendo DS Lite.

For motion-control gaming, I have my Wii.

Still, if I were to win an iPod Touch or receive one as a present, I'm confident I'd have a good time with it.

Nah, I'm fine with my notebook, MP3 player, DS Lite, and Wii. :)
