unichrome is an oboard graphics if I am not mistaken notice it doesn't mention the amount of RAM (it probably shares) AMD 64's do boast a 1600FSB that's not unheard of
 
Many of the recent on-board PCI Applications, such as the onboard Videocard u mentioned, can now share RAM with the one connected to the Motherboard. It's a decent feature for a on-board, but I'd still go with a AGP, or PCI Express (coming soon in August) which is still much faster. I have AGP 8x ATI Radeon 9600 XT and it'd beat probably almost any onboard graphics. recommended
