Jade Sea Question

I'm getting stuck at Gayla Hatchery and Unwaking Water (Luxon)...I they say I can't enter Luxon territory or something like that. I am about to complete the Journey to Cavalon quest but it only took me to Cavalon and already have it on my map. Will completing it allow me to access these way points? In fact I have 89% of the map but can't get into the Luxon territory.

it sounds like you haven't done any of the Luxon side. Journey to Cavalon is the first step. Once you reach Cavalon, pick up more quests from Elder Rhea and continue on thru the missions and quests to unlock the various areas.
 
Proph I'm in the exact same situation. I need to get into the Gyala Hatchery, but haven't been able to. It looks like the only way in is to accumulate 10,000 Lux faction and befriend them. I just started the quests today. It's too bad all outposts are not unlocked once you finish the campaign on one side or the other.
 
Yeah it would be nice. I ended up getting it thanks to the double Lux/Kerz weekend. Now I'm at 99.6% of the map and got to go get banished by Shiro and somehow get the area directly south of Dragons Throat. That should get me to 100%.
