We had a great group turnout tonight for an attempted sprint thru Upper Blackrock Spire tonight. We started out strong, destroying everything in our path.
Then the server broke. Lag. Disconnects. More Lag. More Disconnects.
During the Rend encounter, we lost both characters that had any potential of tanking things as they came to us. Squishies fighting for survival can pump out very little DPS in the long run.
Our brave band of raiders sulked home in defeat, but we lifted along the way knowing that we got to spend a night together, and we fought valiantly and fiercely. We fought a good fight, despite the boulders that Blizzard placed upon our path to victory.
But fear not! Next week, Rend (and many of his friends, afterwards) will fall to us once again.
