WOOHOO My x-country team made CIF's We placed 3rd of 7 and I placed 7 of 22 or 25 forgot. 17:23 was my 3mile time WOOHOO

and also pray for my mom, she is having hard time with my medical problems more then me atm.

Yeah we have been missing the leet Grodester.

Yeah, i have been at hospitals gettin some tests done, and X-country stuff/ and school stuff...and yes that is my p.r. (personal record) for my 3mile time. I went all out. The fastest guy got 15:52 from Valencia High, soooooo fast.

The fastest mile I ran in highschool was around 5 minutes, but theres no way I could keep up that pace for 3 miles lol...

yeah my best mile time 5:17 last season in track, but that was just for the mile, i can't keep that pace either for 3 miles especially 2 brutal hills...

Yeah my dad was in the army, he told me same thing, he said he ran like 6miiles a day lol.
