#1. I did not curse or swear in the server, and until u take that back i don't think i'll rest until i get the just decision out. I did not swear or anything, but u blamed me for someone else. I've heard the D word said by someone else, not hte F word, and as i said, i assure u i would not break the rules.
#2. For no reason i cannot get in the server. I have checked everything, but the message is different. It said CAnnot connect to server, instead of being banned, and ToJ is the only server that does that so far. I think something is blocking my entrance, and it is not VAC and my only suspicion is Admin mod.
#3. I already said this, but if u have any concerns, hatred, or any problems with 3R, message me. Don't go on bothering booyah, vanaze, EverGypsy and all others, this is all my fault, so i demand u unbann them, and rather bann me instead. I'm the co-leader of this team, and i have responsibility.
#4. Tasty, i like to read bible, and praise god. God means more then anything, even CS and computer stuffs. I still like to hangaround with my friends online and all.
#5. LoJ, you and i are both ToJ staff team, SC leader, and War3 leader. I think i deserve way more BETTER then being blamed for swearing ON ToJ server.

Booyah this is in no way regarded to 3R what is your beef dude you seem to be trying to turn this into one big 3R hate thread. I never have had a problem with 3R or multi clan people.

Flash like i have stated repeatedly Your name flashed on the screen and i heard it (was not an actually curse, but a common substitute) I always have and always will say the warning does not matter.

You can ask elite/4Top (i think it was him) i was playing them 1v2 on Dust2 (they had different names) and the bomb was silient planted. i warned them just the same as i would anyone else.

(silient planting is a cheat). I am sure they did not mean to do it on purpose, still it recieved the warning. a rule is a rule. if we start making exceptions for people then we might as well just make them guide lines and then suggestions.
 
Heh, just as someone trying to be civil, not as a member of 3R or ToJ, I'll say this much...

Lion, anyone who stood up for us were told their opinion was not pertinent to the previous thread. I see no difference in you posting, other than it being on the flipside, so, in respect of 3R and ToJ leadership, kindly stop =]. You're a good man, honest and vocal, and it is appreciated, but it appears your only cause here is to make an attempt to get Booyah and/or Flash riled up.

I'll say this to Booyah and Flash -- Just drop it, if people want to carry on about it, so be it. Since nothing they say really matters, as Elite said, why should we care? Let's just settle it with the powers that be and be done with it. If nothing is done about the situation, and it is just pushed under the rug, then perhaps a better place can be found for you.

I'll say this to Lion -- As I stated before, just leave it to the people involved, as Elite requested.

Heh, just a quick tip though: It might not be a good idea to tell Elite what to do on his own server =D. I was never aware silent planting was cheating, I always thought it was more a fun thing to do in pubs (though I never have), but not legit in scrims due to the reason that a scrim is supposed to be an organized game, and that would wreak havoc.

Perhaps Elite, the owner of the server, should put his two cents in about what true profanity is, that way you guys could have a standard to go by. I don't tell you this so me or other people can "Get away with" certain language and not other...I'm banned from the server! >_<

Just trying to help, since things just seem to be turning hostile again.

I will attest, as someone who has witnessed it before...Just because someone's name shows up on the screen as "Talking" doesn't mean it's them. It can often times be a glitch, something still not worked out in the CS coding, and I actually think it's labeled as an unresolved bug (don't quote me on that, though).

Alright, that's enough from me, going back to watching the Matrix.

Guys, two things.

First, please do not continue this thread. If this one continues to go down in the dumps, it will get locked.

Second, and this is a must read for everyone, there is not going to be a decision on the current situation for at least another week. The reason being several key leaders are not available right now. Tek and Elite both left on saturday and will not be back till this Thursday as both have limited access to email and web till then. Rizz is having hard drive problems and will be out for a week too. So please take that into consideration before posting further messages on the subject.

I know it may seem slow but I think we can all agree that real life issues come before this. So in the interim, pray for safe travels for Tek and Elite, that tempers cool and reason returns and that Rizz's pc gets well so we can get this resolved.

So we have Postal with food poison, me with Videocard burn out AND food poisoning, and rizz with HDD problem, and pilgrim with HDD and Memory card problems... someone get some antidotes and stablize that poison cuz this is no coincidence

I decided to close this topic. I only get a few mins at work to check emails and forums so i will be brief..

Flash regardless of what happened you have shown that you didnt mean it and are repentant. So there will be no further action on this matter. If there is a matter at all...

On a side note..If you are not an admin please so not try to enforce the rules. You can tell people what is not acceptable on the server but do not try to take the law into your own hands. If there is a problem with a ToJ member then just record all that you can and email it to me rizz@cgalliance.org.

Any other points brought up in this thread will be ignored as i dont have the time to sooth everyones pulsating machismo right now.. Needless to say some people need this message.. GET OVER YOURSELF
