Today i was talking in /guild with the.... guild and we got onto the subject of aggroing mobs. Bannard said that atleast i wasnt as bad as someone else that plays a high level paladin that isnt Calixte. Those of you that know me, do you think that i am an excellent magnet for group death yes or no? Post is just for fun of course. :D

lol!

hmm..what other high level paladins do we have?.. lol

I dunno man. My idea of getting quests done is running right into the thick of a camp of gnolls, and then collecting the trinkets, paws, or whatever quest loot there is to get after everything is defeated and half of the party has died. It really gets things done quick. You'd be surprised at how many people tell me how odd and yet strangely efficient my pulling habits are lol.

hehe, when i get massive amounts of aggro i generally dont live very liong, nor does anyone else.

just use your blessing of invul and your sheilds/ Lay of hands and healing of yourself, also lower levels

Jambres+Evi where a killer team, did i mention i miss my priestest....

We would take on whole camps of gnolls, troggs whatever, the Flamestrike+AE (non instant cast woot woot) was the awesome. i can still do it but now with more than 4 mobs and that is if they are 2-4 levels lower than me.

then again instances you dont want to pull that way Bowfish...

fyi...wasn't talking about russel. He aint no tasslehoff burfoot. besides, russel can't hold agro off of me if he tried :P

I was talking about a little gnome mage who has the curiousity of Tasselhoff Burfoot.

Imagine, sitting in Uldaman, where the Enchanter is. Next thing you hear is, "hmmm, I wonder what is around this corner". Then you spot a little gnome running down the cave in the opposite direction, raising her hands trying to freeze in place the mob of 10 lvl 44 elites that happen to be chasing her. She then spots the rest of the group in the safe spot with the enchanter and decides to high tail it in there.

Now, imagine if you will, the other four of us are dwarves. So she hides behind me, like I am some how going to conceal her, saying "Don't let them get me bannard."

At this point, I am thinking, will they leave us alone if we sacrifice the gnome? And some how, I don't think a group of lvls 43,43,44,44,47 (non of which happen to be a dedicated healer) is somehow going to win against 10 lvl 44 elites.

To my horror, the freeze does wear off, and we are trapped ourselves with no where to run. The offer of the gnome was taking quite readily, but it wasn't enough to keep them off our backs. It was a complete and udder wipe of the group.

Foolish curious gnomes. Can't live with them, can't feed them to gnolls.

it wasnt me for i could of taken the 10 elites, just make someone a dedicated healer and Jambres shall murderate them.

No dedicated healer... Two Warriors, A rogue, A mage and A paladin. Although a Paladin can heal, they reallly really need a druid or another paladin to back them up.

Of course you are what....lvl 6,000 now? And you still need a healer for lvl 44 elites? shame shame... :P

lol, so it was ruth!!

I ain't saying nutin
