My good friend, please pray

hi everyone, its me again, i need your help despratly, or rather the Lord's help. My friend had gotten really stressed out last night, she totally was taking it out on herself too, she claims she is fat, and that she isn't trust worthy, and school is bugging her so much because she tries really hard and she gets bad grades, last night we were at a basketball game and this friend ran out, my friends went and chased after her, found her out side, no one knows if she was going to try to jump in the street or not, but she really needs everyone's prayers right now, but because of this people are thinking its their fault, my friend went and got the principles for help, the principles helped out but called the girls "gaurdian" for the weekend, her parents were outta town, now people are blaming their self for the exposure of my friend, could you all please pray for me, that i can be the best friend i can be to the girl, and my other friends that they wouldn't blame themselves, and my friend, that she could see just how much she really has and help for her to not get so stressed, thanks. I would count it a privilege to pray. It sounds like part has already been answered, for you give a listening ear, and seek God's help through prayer...there is no better friend!

You and your friend are also in my prayers, and I agree, you are already showing what kind of friend you truly are by seeking God's help. If you happen to need any reassurance of the power of prayer, read II Chronicles chapter 20 and you will be reminded of what can be accomplished through prayer and worship. Not that you need any reminding, just thought it might help.
 
Well my friend took a break from school on monday, just to let things cool down, today (tues.) will be her first day back since this all got out in the open. please pray that no one treats her different because of what happened. My biggest worry is that people will spread rumors about her, say stuff like, "see her? she bla bla bla" please pray that she would hold God's hand trough her rough trials at school.

::UPDATE:: i have talked to my friend through out the weekend and she says her family is really understanding. Her mom took her out shopping to get her mind off things and her older brother is planning on going sledding with her soon. I want to thank everyone who has been praying, My friend says she can see God in all of this, Which i think is awesome. Please continue to pray for her.

My friend has really been struggleing, she keeps telling me that its ok if i don't wanna be her friend because she said she'd understand, she is REALLY stressed out and is scaring everyone. There are these guys that hang out with my friend, just to use her, and today at a movie, they did use her, they were feeling her places a ladie shouldn't be touched and my friend walked out of the movie 5 times but the guys kept getting her. she ended up kissing one of them because she was so scarred and didn't know what to do, she said she messed up bad and that she deserves to die, i think she even might of said she needs to die, i am really worried because i love her tons, she is one of my best friends, and she's helped me thru alot too and im just so worried about her, all your prayers are appreciated

:eek: Well, I'll definately keep praying. Next time, just tell the guys to lay off, and who cares if you get treated like trash, then they're the trash.
 
We know that love covers a multitude of sins, and with your love you are helping to do just that. It is wonderful that she entrusts you with the things of her heart. I would encourage you, Beloved, to continue doing what you are doing, including reciting God's Word at every chance. It is alive, active, and will fulfill Its purpose. It would be a blessing if she could know Gods Word during all these trials. My heart goes out to her and I will continue to pray.
