Natural Disasters

Yeah.. he set everything in motion. He is not personally making every quake happen, they are happening because he set the world up so they would. WHich is what im trying to say! And now we got a Bible verse to go with it.
 
so God wants the world to suffer and bring pain to His children is what you are saying Byblos? what kind of god do you serve?

Please look closely at what I said: I defined True Random as any event or process that occurs without a cause or source.

When you RANDOMIZE a number set of 1-100, there is no cause or source for the number that is selected. The number is chosen without method. If a method or source was used to select the number then it can't be random.

Also, do you believe that Satan has control over "natural" disasters since he is described as the god of this world?
 
Doesnt relive himself of resonsibility... Are you accusing God of soemthing? Are you holding him resonpansable? You are insane.... He doesnt DO these things he ALLOWS them to happen. Its simple!

What exactly did I say to offend you?

Yes, if God exists, then He is responsible for His creation.

Does a parent give birth to a child and then walk away from it?

By authoring this creation, God is, indeed, responsible for it.

How is God NOT responsible?

God is omnimax, by allowing things to happen He has an indirect or direct responsibility for those actions.

He isnt responsible because we have 100% free will, if we screw up it was our choice to do so, you cant blambe him for everything we screwd up, because if he prevented everything wrong we did then we wouldnt have free will! we would be Bots just like the angels!
 
Byblos, you either are not reading the thread, are totally ignoring the content, or you simply don't understand.

Before you get mad, just chill out and listen. I will try and sum it up for you.

There is no point in God giving us Free Will if we are issued an ultimatum. There is no fair choice. We either follow Him or Die. Free Will means nothing to an omnimax deity. God knew, well before we were created, every single decision we would make. God made man faulty, God made man knowing he would fall, God created Satan knowing he would trick Eve, God knew Satan would take 1/3 of His angels and fight against Him, God created the world knowing in advance that man would fall. THUS, God created the world to facilitate the fall of Man. God intended all of this to happen.

God didnt make us faulty.. he made us with free will and Adam chose to screw it up....
God Knew it would happen but it wasnt his intention, it was a choice someone else made. God didnt make the choice, he allowed it.
 
Because he created us to have free will.

He created us with free will because the Angels loved him only because he ordered them to, He decided we wanted something to love him by their own choice. Thus Adam was created. Now Adam loved GOd but disobeyed him and for that we are all punished... and we all sin. Because we choose to, not because God makes us do it. Its not God's fault our ancestors all didnt stick to God, its their fault. Were all sinners, we all disobey God. And we screwed up. But since we are imperfect he wants to forgive all our screw ups if we choose to love him.

So let's get back to it...

"Natural" disasters...does Satan have any say in them since he is referred to as the god of this earth?
