need web page designed

I'm a photographer and do not have a web page anymore. I let mine go a couple years ago.

I am looking for someone to make a new web page for me. I am on a budget and money is a factor. I can pay but can not afford to pay a high price for a page.

Anyone interested in taking this on?
 
Let me clarify what I'm asking. If you make webpages for a living and charge $1,000, I'm not asking for you to charge me less. I'm wanting someone that's not going to charge me for things I don't need and try to sell me stuff I don't need for the webpage.

Also, if you are someone that just makes webpages for a hobby or have made some for friends and want to make a little money from me, let me know.
