New Member
It is with great pleasure that I announce that two new officers will be promoted as soon as I log on tonight.

Halonic has been with us for quite some time, and I appreciate his constant presence on TS and in-game. If you haven't talked to him yet, he's the guy who sounds like Hank Hill. :p He brings a wealth of game experience and an almost always positive attitude to the table, and hopefully he can involve our earlier players some more.

Kidan has not been a member nearly as long, but has already shown a level-headedness and solid composure. I've also enjoyed gaming with him, and I know that he will continue to be a voice of reason both in-game and in our forums.

Please join with me in congratulating Halonic and Kidan in their new roles.
 
Astrod00d, you better remember that I have your login id and password on Guild Wars. I'd hate for Jahar Narishma to be armorless the next time you play.

Does this mean that I can order Atown not to tank?

I don't know who Hank Hill is, but he must be rich and famous.

Seriously, guys, let me know how I can help out in-game. Halonic is always ready to team up for most anything.

Hey that just means that Jahar may or may not be an officer when you see him online. I'd play it safe and respect his AUTHORITAH!!!

Oh, and Hank Hill is the main character on the cartoon sitcom, King of the Hill. It's a funny show about a family in Texas. Wait, does that make me Bobby? :eek:

Congrats to my 2 homeboys Kidan and Halonic!!! And I am sorry Bill if we had another Monk who had ASCENDED you would not have died. And yes you all read that right our second monk had not ascended!!!! How he got that far is beyond me lol!!
 
Congratulations Halonic and Kidan!

Yeah, when we got to Droknar's Forge after finishing Hell's Precipice, he started asking how you get to the area at the bottom of the map, and no, not the fire islands we were just in. An extra 15 attribute points from 1 of the 2 quests would have made a huge difference in the amount that he could have healed. He really lucked out getting some good teams along the way, of course, monks are so rare in those missions, he wouldn't have had trouble finding a team.

If anyone is having trouble finding a team for these last couple of missions, please post for help.

Also, now that we have a few people through the missions, we'll have to set up some groups for the Titan quests.
 
actually, it's not that unbelievable.

A quick run to Droknar's Forge, and then just pick up the storyline at Iron Mines. Viola, no ascension, yet still in Ring of Fire.
 
I think what I thought unbelievable was that he seemed totally unaware that he had missed so much of the story line. That's a big gap. Definately a case for NOT getting a run to Droks on your first character.
