I have absolutely no idea.

That IP is for our Counter-Strike server. I didn't think that accessing that IP through port 80 (default port for web hosting) would bring anything up.

I believe the ".cc" domain is the country code for Cocos Islands (Keeling Islands). Similar to how ".uk" is the country code for United Kingdom, and so on.
