newest Zonealarm extreme security and firefox annoyance

Im having trouble enabling the zonealarm private browser for firefox 4.0.1,
even though i've enabled web security and virtualization I don't
see the private browser tab in firefox but I do see the Zonealarm
extreme security community toolbar but not private browser.
 
I've decided to rollback zonealarm extreme security to the latest 9 version
and rollback Mozilla Firefox to 3.6.12 until theres another zonealarm update,
i'm not talking about antivirus/antispyware updates and i'm not talking
about browser security updates.
 
Is ZA really worth using that much? Personally i think it is bloated and provides infinitely more headaches then it is worth. It was a good product 8 years ago but bad design decisions over the years have made it a crap product now.

There is no reason someone should have to give up FF4.0 for a third party security to update, that probably puts you are more risk.

I say ditch ZA, grab a consumer reports highly rated free AV, throw on threat fire or malwarebytes pro, and use WoT plugin for link scanning and you are set.
 
I've updated zonealarm ES to latest version combining it with firefox 3.6.12 and private browser works now.
I don't think i'll have security issues with firefox 3.6.12, I've got windows 7 64-bit sp1 up to date along with keeping
zonealarm ES updated. :)
