I did a three day course on a program called Nvivo www.qsrinternational.com last week. It is free at many colleges and is great if you do writing that involves managing multiple sources (audio, visual, and text) and ensuring that you have consistency in your text.
It was really easy to use and great for those that write non-fiction or like to have a lot of research and original sources in their writing.
