A user friendly, Sui-hated, version of Linux that is free to download.
Knoppix is much better in my own opinion. It has a cool GUI on it.

u dont have to have ubuntu on a pc for it to work either
i love it cause i can back it up to my flash drive go to school reboot their computers from my flash drive and it all works awesome
i even get all my files and such
its so convenient really
why is ubuntu hated ?

anywho i am actually using kubuntu (kde) and ubuntu (gnome)
what does knoppix use?
i was told it was like puppy linux which was just well...annoying

Before I completely get off the forums for a while, I wanted to show you all the final product on the Princess... I had to add a RF converter to get the resolution on the screen to come out good, but it is a great combination.
That is a television that I got a Circuit City on discount. I could not have found a better monitor.

ive been looking around and iu am now quad booting saboyan ubuntu mandriva and knoppix
long hours getting everythingh to work
