I am looking at getting volunteers for mini raids (Instances) to bring camaraderie , fellowship and more unity to all guild members. We have many raiders and many players, I do not know the latest count of actual players, (Last count was an active 60+ members who had logged on in the last 24 hours .Many players want many things, while fellowship and camaraderie is nice, so is phat loots. Personal agenda’s; personality conflicts and the such; are always going to happen, but at the heart of any organization is the meaningful expenditure of time and energy. (Purpose that met needs) That means different things to different people. Not everyone levels at the same pace and some of us suffer from a mass dose of ADD as I do, so I must be kept busy.
There’s an old cavalry saying, keep your troops busy, at least while their complaining you know there not actively planning to KILL you. (Actually we used much more colorful language)
I think a good break up would be like this:
Read on but here’s what I need. You must be able to TS, have a headset and mike. I need 2 peeps around these levels, alts or primes, or whatever (Adjustments can be made, and probably will be made)
Someone between Levels
1-15 2 peeps a Primary and assistant
16-25 2-peeps a Primary and assistant
26-35 2 peeps a Primary and assistant
36-45 2 peeps a Primary and assistant
46+ 2 peeps a Primary and assistant
1. Levels 1-15
by volunteer a person who has a level 10-15 character and have them organize runs in n00b areas every week or two and take your troopers and pummel something! Do some west fall raids/runs; look into high crowd areas to adventure,
2. Level 16-25
Dreadmines 17- 26 10 player limit
Wailing Caverns 17-24 10 player limit
Imagine 10 skilled Redeemed running rampaged.
3. Level 26-35

I need ten volunteers, 2 peeps for each of the levels listed above, (ie: 2 10-15 level players, 2 16-26 level player and so one) maybe we can get on TS together and have a little conference on the details and put them into action, I need our volunteers to either PM me here on TOJ or email me at PapaToad at gmail.com. I will be communicating with the volunteers via email, and when we get the ball rolling we’ll have a TS meeting to go over things and expectations.
What we are looking for is one mini raid at least once every 2 weeks to be posted; the time and the place and what levels, and stagger them so they do not over lap. I will be taking suggestions, comments and observations’; then after we have enough primes and assistants; then I will coordinate with our guild raid coordinator and set the schedule and the primes can start to lead our youngins to the level and skill we need while providing a fun, safe atmosphere where we can focus on camaraderie, fellowship and guild fun.
This will empower us to mold our future raiders to the REDEEMED standard we want them to have. The rules we play by and forge the brother and sisterhood, raids bind us to one another. The guild that raids together stays together! LOL

I have all the “guideline for guild raids for all our postings and will listen to reasonable suggestion, this would be a position of trust, and you will be a responsible for you raids and developing team work and a sense of camaraderie. We will help you and have a action plan for you to add your own flair to.
