Technically, The FISH clan (The Christian Crew) owns them all, and a few others: RPG, AWP maps, etc.

I personally prefer regular CS with stock maps, and maybe 1 or 2 fun maps.... BUT, it is a must to have HLSTATS. http://en.hlstatsx.com/masterserver?masterlist_order=server_address

It is worth it alone just for the detailed gun specs. I highly suggest looking into HL stats.
