First off I hope that every person in Redeemed reads this post. Those of you who know me and have been with me since I joined Redeemed many moons ago know I love to raid and take it seriously. It is true at times I get frustrated and feel we have not progressed far enough and have been impatient at times. So when things are going well I think its time for me to stand up and say something important and remind everyone of why we are having our current success.

I wanted to take the time to pay my respects and thank two people, Mcfierce & Samboe. They have did a outstanding job. McFierce took over the duties of Head Raid leader a few months back and has did a outstanding job. Samboe has been a raid leader for quite sometime and as well has did a great job. That brings me to another praise. Samboe was a raid leader way back when I for one thought that Redeemed's better days of raiding were behind us.. To that note Samboe did not give up but kept the faith. Our success in part ( now that we are almost clearing ToC) is because Samboe has been there night after night making sure we get something going. Samboe is on consistently and always making sure that something happens. Now they have asked me to be a raid leader and I feel that responsibility and it makes me really appreciate all the hard work Samboe has done over a long period of time. So please remember that the next time you want to complain or whine about whatever.

I think it would be awesome if in this post, or better yet, in game that everyone let let Samboe know how much you appreciate his hard work to get us where we are. With that said I will start. Thanks Samboe for your extended efforts to get us to this point. Thank you Mcfierce for stepping up and taking the leadership position. You both have made the game for me better and more enjoyable.
 
WOOT samboe and mcfierce thanks! heh i been raiding with redeemed for a long while way back in my kigedo days im glad to see we are doin so well! We rock this!
 
major ditto Reco, THANK YOU FIERCE AND SAMBOE! I appreciate everything you have both done! thanks for sticking with it, for building a true program with a positive attitude toward fellowship and success.
 
I must say, i have raided under several raid leaders of the past and you two, (McFierce/Samboe) are 2 of the most compassionate people I know. I want to thank you both personally for making raiding fun and keeping us on the straight and narrow.

God Bless you both and Thank you for all that you do.

Mcfierce and Samboe. You both have done a great job. Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication to the guild and the members. It's true. Without you guys, we definitely wouldn't be as far as we are raiding. Keep it up. I'm here to help you guys also any way I can.

So now that all the mushy stuff is over,,i just wanted to say... What a couple of NOOBS!

LOL j/k i love ya guys and i know that Redeemed is better off with both of your leadership.

Plus i am interested to see who wins between them each night on the damage meters..
 
To be quite honest I think the person/peeps leading the raid are no more important that ALL the people on the team.

So hats off to EVERY person in the raid!
* to the person who spend a week farming for their leet enchants
* to the person who fished for the feasties used before each boss
* to the person who makes the flasks for people who bring mats
* to the mages who make us food
* to the locks who summon our lazy butts there
* to the healer who saved you when you forget to duck
* to the officers who work behind the scenes
* to the tank who pays the high repair bills without complaining
* to the engineers that bring repair bots
* to the peeps that bring their sense of humor and make the raid "fun"
* to the raid leaders who keep us organized
* to the peeps who donate to the guild bank
* to the class leaders who teach
* to TOJ for providing us with vent
* to Plankeye for the lovely website
* to the recruiters who are always finding us new friends

I can see how it could be taken that way though.
 
ya she got everyone in there...the first sentence just kinda throws u. the message is clear tho and i agree. i can't solo no ToC bosses...raids can't be successful without the help and participation of EVERYONE.
