Ranger/Mesmer Build (help)

Can someone give me a good Ranger/Mesmer build. Hoping to use him as an anti-caster. If possible I would like to be able to have a pet, but it doesn't matter either way.

Well do you want addtional stuff for your pet let maiming strike or whatever or only charm animal and comfort animal?

But apon further review I do not wish to have a pet. I will keep mine fora bit longer tough.
