Recommendations For Game Chapters

Sans Dieu Rien

I couldn't find a discussion as to how to post any recommendations for a new game chapter.

As for me, I always like to buy games that are multiplayer; so when a game catches my eye, I often go onto the forums, looking for fellowship with my Christian bros and sis...I just came to realize that this is sometimes the deciding factor whether or not I get the game!

Is there a place where we can post a recommendation, and see if there's an interest? Does toj need volunteers to host game chapters?

Perhaps I can start it here (to follow the tried and true tradition of form posting):

GAME:
GENRE:
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
HOW MANY PLAYERS:
CLAN FRIENDLY?
FELLOWSHIP FRIENDLY?
CROSS-PLATFORM?

Just some thought...

CLAN FRIENDLY? Posted standings
FELLOWSHIP FRIENDLY? Practicing forgiveness is greatly needed in this game.
CROSS-PLATFORM? Yes.

Interested?

In order to have a new game chapter, its required to have a Chapter Leader and active members towards that game.

But also, you'll need to talk to the Leaders before you can do it as they are in-charge.

I think the intent here is to find out if a particular game has enough interest to start a chapter....its not a bad idea, but not sure how well a stickied thread would work. Perhaps a different approach? Might be interesting to get with the person in charge of keeping the website up to date and seeing if we could do a new pole on a game each week?

I Talked To Tek7 Many Years Ago Regarding This...

Many years ago (time flies), he told me that if there is enough interest that warrants a Gaming Chapter, then we can present it to him. He also said there must be a leader for the Chapter, as well.

Yes, you're right. The purpose of this thread is to see if there are enough people interested in a game to warrant a new chapter, and if there is, then we bring it to their attention. We don't want to put the cart in front of the horse.

That is correct.

If a member were to volunteer for a Chapter Leader position, I would also need to review the games and see if there is a large enough player base to make developing a chapter of a Christian gaming community for the game feasible.
