Shadows of Revan PreOrder Now Available

The new expansion has been announced, Shadows of Revan.

If you did the new series of flash points (Tython/Korriban, and Manaan) you saw the teaser and know where this is heading.

Preorders include 7 days early access and xp boost. I don't see anything about raising the level cap which I think is odd, but they are now adding a new Discipline system which will affect all characters.

The email I received mentioned a new level 60 cap and a 12x XP boost for those that aren't 55 yet.

Do you know if the advertised $19.99 price is the subscriber or regular price? Maybe I'll resub at the end of the month.

I think that's regular price, but the bonuses don't kick in unless you're a sub.

BTW, the 12x starts NOW and training is FREE. If I could afford to buy it, I could finish off me two newer toons.

I did see something about level 60, but I also saw something about leveling from 1 to 55, which has me a little confused.
 
The boost is to help people get to 55 prior to the expansion launch in December. Once it launches, the new cap will be 60.

Yup, I missed it as it was a caption on an image. So I can max out my last toon and then work on maxing my lowbie (Jedi Guardian). Hopefully I will get it, or some money for my birthday and I can get the xp boost.
 
For anyone who's coming back for the SoR expansion there are some changes coming.

First off, as has been mentioned the skill tree is going to be replaced by a discipline system. Here is a link to Dulfy's discipline calculator so you can see how the changes will affect your character.

Also, if you have unspent comms, the comms are going to change. Planetary and Classic comms will be going away. There is an exchange rate for the comms which you can see at this link.
