K, so here's what I can remember off the top of my head. I won't cover the actual things much as most of us have done these many times. MAKE SURE people have the dulfy routes linked beforehand where applicable! People will ask you "hey, where in this zone is this boss!?" I always redirect them to the site...it's the only way to know exactly where they head and people are doing themselves a disservice not to have the map up.

People can hit alt + enter to window guild wars 2, which is how I play the missions.
Guild Rush
I'd do this first, as it's a pretty easy one to pass (assuming you don't get a very tough route), and because people always straggle in a bit. This way you have a nice wide window for getting people going instead of sitting around in LA waiting.

You'll likely be waiting a few minutes while everyone is getting to the rush spot...that's a good time for those waiting to check out the dulfy video if they haven't done before.
Try to get folks grouped up during this so that it takes less time before other events, and of course people can help those who are having trouble. It also helps to put a road banner down by the start to give people a boost.
Trek
I also like to do this early to help get people on Dulfy's site. 1 spot per person, I usually just assign people in the order that they are in TS, and then have the people not on TS start claiming spots from the bottom.
Challenge
You definitely want to make sure we have as many on as possible, and I'd recommend putting out something like a feast of fire flank steak beforehand to help people kill faster. A couple specifics from ones we've done:
- The guard supplies one has archers outside the fort that mess you up. I'd probably have one group roaming to clean them up, and consider putting some guardians with shield of the avenger to help guard the supplies.
- The Blightwater one we did where you have to kill the bazookas was tough, but I think it would be easy if we did it again. There are 5 crystals. I would recommend 3 main groups next time. Get everything low, then have each group focus on 2 crystals.
- Tunnel one is easy, just spread everyone out.
- Quaggan escort is a short timer, with 10 to escort. 5 parties is probably best, but if you don't have enough consider doing something like when you get down to 5 minutes have 1 or 2 people leave each group to get the last 1 or 2 quaggans so that you can actually get all 10.
Bounty
Consider dropping a tray of blackberry pie for the lifesteal on crit. This helps on bosses that can go immune like Kamali and Bwikki. I'd put 1 group on each boss (decide top, middle, bottom up front). Have anyone left over go after the boss toughest to find or kill. Ask around in map while you're after the bosses. If a group is killing their boss and could help out somewhere afterwards, figure out where to send them before the boss is down so they know exactly where to go.
Alright...that's all I can think of at the moment! Good luck everyone!
