Starcraft 2 Videocard Overheat warning!!!

Theres an article at gameinformer talking about Starcraft
2 causing videocards to overheat because of heavy use of
the videocard.

My videocard looks like its OK, it's using a Zalman vf1000
videocard cooler with videoram heatsinks and I got the fan
set to full speed and it's not so noisy.

My Starcraft 2 detail settings are full at 1440x900 with
Texture detail set at High not Ultra.

My Monitor is set at:
H: 70.5 Khz
v: 74.8 Khz
Pixel clock: 136.4 Mhz
1440x900

It's not a Blizzard issue but an issue with borked Nvidia drivers. Don't use the latest version. this is NOT an issue with ATI.

EDIT: but I would like to know how this: "...the game's menu screens aren't framerate-limited." is an nVidia issue and not a Blizzard issue?

I think nvidia has since issues a new driver build to fix this issue..

Somewhat poor programming...but the drivers that control the hardware should not allow the hardware to do more than it can. Blaming Blizzard for this is like blaming an OS crash on Adobe.
