Steam hackers

I was playing in a server the other day and I noticed this guy hacking. It was while playing assault_upc. ex. I was in the hosties room camping cause I died everywhere no matter where i was, so I thought maybe he can't get me in there. Well.. I was wrong again. Outside of the building he shot and me and got a headshot and it's not luck cause he killed the other guy in there the same way. In status it said this "RaGe-X]JiHaD" 148 STEAM_0:1:147640 63 33:51 25 0" for him. I think the 5 times he died he fell off of something or whatnot. Is there a way to report him to steam or whatever? Maybe I should be getting a demo. I'll brb with that.

what other guy? it's not neccessarily hacking (cause I can do the same thing now after days of finding the hot spots if I know where you're talking about)

The right spots? I was moving around and stuff in there. It wasnt like I was just sitting there after I noticed I was being shot at lol.
