Steam weekend sale:

I played the Braid demo and really liked it...but one of the demo levels looked as though it would take a while to complete and I got distracted by other games.

Still, $5 for Braid sounds like a great deal.
 
While the puzzle gameplay is some of the best Braid was not worth it. I expected the plot line to come to a cohesive end but it just ends up being trippy nonsense. Also if you want to collect the hidden stars in the game be prepared for a level of sadism I've not see equaled in any other game (I watched the videos so I know). The logic behind how several of the stars are hidden is flawed too as many have no clues as to how to get them (unlike the main puzzles).
