Hey, Keep me in your prayers for tomorrow morning. I got a hernia from doing Tricep pushdowns in the gym a few weeks back and I have open hernia surgery tomorrow morning. Never had surgery before and I hear the recovery is excrutiatingly(sp) painful. I am not a fan of the thought of being cut on and being put to sleep..so keep me in your prayers tonight and tomorrow morning if ya dont mind!
