To answer your question about Chimaeron... Watch for when he casts Massacre and start casting Prayer of Healing before he finishes Massacre so it goes off immediately afterward. Use Circle of Healing a lot. You can keep renews on a couple people if you want. I don't cast flash heal or gheal at all in phase 1 during the non-feud part. During feud everyone should be stacking up on the boss so healing is optimized. Chakra sanctuary mode here of course, use Holy Word Sanctuary, Prayer of Healing, Circle of Healing.
And that's basically it, I have healed this fight a few times actually, the other healers are concentrating on the tanks while I focused on raid healing.
