The New Guild TAX Program

Good morning everyone,

Just wanted to take a few minutes and preview a new policy we've been getting ready to implement.

As most of you know, Cataclysm will be bringing a lot of new and exciting opportunities for guild advancement. Although we do not know everything that will be available, we do know that we'd like to be prepared. As it stands right now, the guild has about 16,000g in the bank. We'd like to bring that number up, so that we will be ready to dive right in to the new opportunities Cataclysm will offer.

In an effort to make this happen, I will be instituting a program called Treasury Amplification and eXpansion, or "TAX" for short. Please complete the form at the bottom of this post and send it to me via the forum mail.

Once the form is reviewed, the amount of your expected weekly guild "TAX" contribution will be given to you. TAXes will be paid weekly by each guild member. Payment of guild TAXes are due each Friday by 3pm Server Time, and can be either sent to me in-game, or deposited directly into the guild bank. If you choose to deposit directly into the guild bank, please take a screenshot of your deposit, and send it to me via forum mail.

I'm looking forward to partnering with you all in working to expand the guild bank for the good of the guild. It's exciting to think of all the possibilities Cataclysm will have in store for us!

Yeah. It's just we're putting new coversheets on all the TAX reports before they go out now. So if you could go ahead and try to remember to do that from now on, that'd be great. All right!

Very well done, but that line made it clear what was going on. Wonderful idea on how to prepare for expanding guild services.
