I had fun with the Bible Trivia done during the celebration today, I thought why not make it at least a monthly thing, maybe more often if people are really interested. Tuesday evening, 8:00PM EST, in HOLY's GH there will be some Bible Trivia and some Bible puns/riddles/jokes. For instance, which person in the Bible had no parents?
This is just for fun for anyone who is interested, small prizes may be handed out. (sweets, ale, etc.)

:) correct. That is one of my favorite puns/riddles/jokes. those are the type of puns/riddles/jokes, but there are very few of those. It is mainly Bible Trivia.
 
Bible Trivia Next Week.

The Bible Trivia night went ok. Speaker of the Moon and I had some fun. I got kicked alot last night from GW, due to bad weather. I am planning on having another Bible Trivia night Thursday, June 4 (next week). Would you prefer it be in ally chat or a Guild Hall. I brought it to ally chat last night because only one person showed up in Guild Hall. I will be giving away sweets and regular tomes that night.
 
Regular events often start off slow, so don't get disheartened too soon.

I'd recommend trying to do a guild hall to start, maybe with a teaser or 2 in ally chat, but if it doesn't take off, I don't see a problem with using ally chat, as long as it doesn't spark any heated theological debates.

Sorry I couldn't make it, but I rarely make it on before my parental duties wrap up around 8:30-9pm.

I just realized, I said day, but not time. Time will be 8:00PM EST on Thursday, June fourth.
 
Due to the fact that I have been kicked from the alliance due to a misunderstanding, Bible Trivia NIght will be canceled until this can be cleared up. I will still be online during the normal time if you still want to answer questions or even ask some of your own via PM on GW, feel free. :)

I noticed that when I first started Thursday Night Bible Trivia, there was a small interest. The past two weeks, interest has seemed to died down. Are you guys interested in this? If you are, how are some ways I can improve or make this more fun for you? Are Thursdays a bad night, would another night be better? I am very flexible and very open to any suggestions availible. Please let me know. My ingame name is Bonita Clement, if you want to pm me in game.
 
I'm guessing it's just 'cuz people weren't available when the event was held Bonita ;)

I know I havn't been available, 'cuz I've been too busy packing for our move to another province.. :rolleyes:
 
This is why I am asking for feedback. Asking if there is another day that suits more people or if there is a better way to conduct this. You guys tell me.
 
Thursday Night Bible Trivia has resumed

Thursday Night Bible Trivia has resumed. :D It resumed today...though the Dragon Festival has saved me some work for next week. The time is at 8:00pm EST on Thursdays in WWJD Guild Hall. Feel free to come with questions of you own to contribute. Prizes will be awarded. Right now I have tomes for a correct answer, and on bonus or extremely hard questions, I have minis. (first year minis)

Please feel free to make prize suggestions, if you have any. I am open to anything, just want people to have a good time of fellowship and Bible Trivia. :D:D
 
Sorry Bible Trivia was canceled last night without warning. I lost internet connection from 3 on. I did not get it back until late. Currently, my laptop refuses to connect to the internet, so I can't get on GW either. :( Hopefully I'll be able to connect by next week, though I am hoping sooner. Technology is great....when it works.
