Have you tried reducing the graphics quality and the number of addons you are running. On a raid as a healer, you only need as a bare minimum, a boss mod, like deadly boss mods. Some of the mods out there send a dizzying amount of data that can time out connections as they try to sync data.

Not a WoW issue - I live in the country - weather can affect my connection and it can go down for an hour at a time

sorry no Sneezy. we had several players playing way to sick to keep trying, we had coughy and grumpy and nyquily all losing steam fast so we had to call it.
