ts2 server was possibly botted

There was a few regular users on ts when this happened tonight. Either there was something wrong with ts, or we got hit by a really good bot script kiddy. For those kicked off of ts several times when server went down, it is backup and shouldnt happen again, I hope.

I've taken multiple steps for additional security measures. Better to be safe then sorry.

it might been g00ns.net, we chewed through 300megs of bandwidth during the attack... I've changed lobby to 9kbit codec, since bots arnt registered the sit in lobby.

If it happenes again, server will become passworded again.
