Tulsa CGA get-together?

I've already posted about a possible St, Louis CGA get-together, but have not received many responses yet. I know we have some people in Tulsa and thought one of them might be able to plan and lead a CGA get-together in the area.

If you live near or around Tulsa and would be interested in a one-day get-together with fellow CGA community members, post a reply here. This is just a thread to "test the water," so posting a reply doesn't commit you to attending.
 
Depends how many days. If it is 3 days + (the more the better) I will probably be able to convince my parents... But again, maybe not, since we are busy. Dunno. Don't count on it unless it is an "official" gathering that is um... useful of me buying my ticket... I do not want to fly over for a day and then fly back. XD
 
I'm down for the STL one, but yeah, I would definitely do this one. In fact I would help plan. StrikeNet is no more but there are other LAN places around. In fact that one by Rib Crib that I can't remember what intersection it's on-- that would be a good one. They have a lot of Xboxes, or so I hear. Anyway, PM me if you had something specific in mind.
 
I ma down for both, takes me 5 hours to get to Stl then about 3 or 2 to get to Tulsa :-). Might not be able to go cus, my parents have to take me , so i would only be there for like a day. Which would still be cool.

WHAA? What happened? When did StrikeNet go out of business?

I just tried to pull up their home page and it leads to one of those obnoxious search directory pages for Network Solutions.

kraniac: Can you PM me the name and web site URL of the LAN center you mentioned? I'd like to do a little research.
