As we progress through Ulduar, I find that one of the most effective ways of being ready for new bosses is watching videos of the fights in advance.

At that address you can find videos of most of the raid boss fights in the game, including almost all of the Ulduar bosses. I think it would be great if everyone got a chance to look at those in order to better understand fights before trying them. Just so you know which fights in particular to look at:

Bosses we have downed:

Flame Leviathan
XT-002 Deconstructor (downed in one group)

Bosses we have access to:
Razorscale
Ignis the Furnace-Master
Iron Council
Kologarn

Of those fights, I would say that flame leviathan is the least helpful to watch a video of, but all of them are good to watch if you haven't done the boss yet. The thing I really like about tankspot is that they explain the boss fights as part of the videos, so you can really tell what is going on. The primary downside is that they often have 25-man versions posted rather than 10-man, but the different versions of the fight are likely to be similar enough that watching the video will help either way. Changed original post because it looks like we have access to kologarn at this point as well. I'm still debating which boss to go after next, but I'm thinking that at least my group will not be going after Ignis next. The recommended progression orders that I have seen generally skip him for the time being.
 
Well, now that we have downed Kologarn we have access to almost all the bosses in Ulduar!
