Anyone have any advice on vanquishing Arbor Bay - other than survive? I am going to try to knock it out this week.
 
Look out for Flanuus Broadwing (or however it's spelled), he's very hard. the SW corner has a lot of patrols of wind riders who can easily gang up on you. Last but not least, when I vanquished the place, we had 513 enemies present and it took a very very long time, so expect it to be one of the longer vanquishes you've done.

Yea, the areas by water are the toughest. The swamp can easily overpower you with the patrols of windriders. Be careful pulling them and if I may share Team SoE's motto: Kill them, don't die.

I didn't realize there was a motto - it sounds like Azeem telling Robin Hood, "Get up. Move Faster."
 
Or Todd in the movie Soldier, when asked what he was going to do against seemingly insurmountable odds, "I'm going to kill them all, sir."
 
Hurray!! Arbor Bay is mine!! It took me just over three hours (with a good bit of time finding little pockets of Simians) and two power stones (the second one was a safety measure, I ended up on the plus side) - but it was worth it - just over 500 kills - over 6k gold - nearly 10k Asuran - a green focus item - and a gold helmet in Arbor Bay!

Arcane Echo with Savannah Heat and Pain Inverter got me through. Thanks for the advice.
 
Thank God for Sabway heros, Lina, Mhenlo, Dunham and Lo Sha. The only thing I regret is that I forgot to put up my Asuran title for the first 125 kills. Really glad to have Arbor Bay behind me.
