I've been using HootSuite when I posted to Facebook and Twitter so I can just write one message and post it to both "channels" at the same time.
I know it's possible to link Twitter and an individual Facebook account, but I'm not 100% certain it's possible to link a Twitter account and a Facebook page.
Regardless, HootSuite is super-handy. There's even a HootSuite app for Android (for those, unlike me, don't take issue with the app requiring location permissions!) and iOS.

I have my personal Facebook and Twitter linked. I post on Twitter and it appears on Facebook. Not sure you can go the other direction tho, never tried. Hootsuit does get around that as well.
The Facebook link is in my sig as well, is anyone has trouble finding it.
