i think i broke my netgear pcmia card for my laptops and so i was reading through the warranty section and i came across something i thought hilarous

"Out of Warranty" Products

If your product is not covered under warranty, we offer Repair Services for a fee. NETGEAR warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship. Warranty does not apply if, in the judgement of NETGEAR, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or damage that is attributable to acts of God, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, has been modified in any way, or has had any serial number removed or defaced.
thats amazing thats added in there, and you know its cuz someone tried to blame their damaged product under " damage that is attributable to acts of God" rofl

I think they put that in there for thunderstorms, earthquakes, natural disasters, and stuff that they dont predict on the weather channel. :)

Though, God doesnt make the thunderstorms and earthquakes and natural disasters, thats our doing. Or if you did good in Science, then you would know.
Such as an earthquake, when 2 plates from under the ground shift together; like rubbing sand paper; it causes the plates to break, making cracks along under the ground and causing the ground to shake and break.(or something like that).

In relative to this topic, I also agree with Michaelpi.
