640*480 (900kb) : HERE!

waddaya think?

mmm... h4x0ring tripod... guess what I did so you could just click on it and it would show up, instead of COPY SHORTCUT>PASTE?

Why are they txt files.....

Other than that...It looks really cool from what i can see in my little thumbnail. I cant load the pic cos it messes up when i try to change the file type...

I changed it to TXT so you can just click on it, and it will load in internet explorer.  as opposed to the "this IMAGE is hosted by tripod...'

ALSO, if you "cant see them", heres the webspace-nazi (tripod) you-have-to-right-click-and-copy-shortcut-and-paste-it-into-your-address-bar version.

1024*768
640*480

Ahh the good old flare effect. Serves me well on those lonely nights trying to make something sparkly for a wallpaper.

Great verse too

flare?  yeah right.  this is clouds, random lines, a lot of retouching with dodge and clone heal, and radial blur, my friend.

I like the way it turned out, though. I played around a bit with the clouds effect, and didnt like it, but I figured, hey, why not blur a few lines? in the end, it turned out looking something like flying through the clouds...

dude I have to stop you right now. The txt file thing is for forums where you use the image code so its IN the forums (er, kinda). Its not for linking. So... don't put up text files unless its for other forums, because these don't support image code.

and could you not use hyperlinks? Just write out the URL like a normal person... you make it so hard to try and compliment you. sheesh

eh. the TXT thing is so you can let people click instead of copy-and-paste. but the image linking thing is right too.

what have I learned? don't use TXT trick for anything other than jpeg, and gif.

oh, didn't see that they were BMPs... then maybe you *can* use it for jpegs/gifs.. ohwell, my bad. Why were you using bmps anyway?

I really would recommend using JPG files. In ps7 you can save as JPG and select the ammount of compression. If you select a level 12 JPG it is as good as a bmp but a fraction of the size.
