To be white-listed you must post your;
  1. Minecraft User Name.
  2. Your real first name (for the Facebook page).
  3. Age group which would be one of two; under 18 years of age or over, or simply:
    "Younger" or "Older".
  4. Answer "How did you hear out about TOJ's minecraft server?"
e.g.
User Name: toj_grey
Name: Jeremiah
Age Group: Older
Xiontawa told me about the server. this was way back when he ran it off his own PC and minecraft had leather dropping chickens (Alpha.)

Optionally,
you could also tell me if you have played Minecraft Survival Multi-Player before, if you ever been banned from a minecraft server, and your gender.
The thread will be checked semi-daily and I will post when you've been accepted.

I may ask you questions about yourself through PM, this is usually a random spot check to weed out greifers, but some times, it is to get to know you better before I add you.
