Who banninated my wife?

My wife is known on the forums as whispurr.

She started coming here before I did. But once she got wrapped up in the game found she rarely had time she wanted to invest in the forums, so she basically stopped coming unless I told her of something especially useful, and she got all her social needs filled in the guild chat channel.

However today I finally got her to want to post something (don't know what really) and she founded that she had been banninated. When making a post she gets the following error:

You have been banned for the following reason:
None

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

Given the general terms used and her rather boring history here, I can't imagine why this might have happened. Can someone correct this? Or if it was deserved... tattle on her so I can give her a good talking-to?

They did a forum member sweep clean up. Maybe when your wife was inactive, her username was deleted.
