If you live in one of the many universities that have this program, you get a free meal on them. Just last night, I ordered some chineese from that site, and it was delievered in about an hour to my dormroom, completely free of charge. I'm not sure how the money works, but free food is awesome. Menu selections are extremely limited, I could only get the General Tso's chicken from that chineese place, but there are other restaurants participating, like papa johns gives away medium cheese pizzas, and a sub place gives away cheesteaks.
