Guys if someone is taking the time to run an instance and you need that instance and tell them that you are willing and able to run it, then you need to be there on time. Dont dip out, i understand if theres an emergency, thats different; but you should try to make it then you should try to come, simply because you said you would. If you cant come and do dip out dont expect to be run thru that same instance again by that same person. They may do it because they are nice, but they are not obligated to rerun it because you just had to leave. Please respect your fellow guildies who try to make Redeemed a pleasant place for you. Thanks.

Last few days have been fairly frustrating when Klang and I try to set up guild runs for our friends. Maraudon and Temple, specifically. Other instances included though.
 
Maybe we need a tkp system?

A Tebran-Klangdon Point system with on time bonuses and phat lootage?!

You could post here who is expected and when. Then you can post afterwards who went. Peer honor systems work well.

Yes, sadly. I ask people in the guild to look at our forums, they know what is going on in the guild.
 
Man guys I just wish I could join ya for some of these raids. But unfortunately for me I have two problems:

1) I'm a noob at this game

2) Only lvl 20 (almost lvl 21...more like 20 1/2)
