But you don't live in Florida. The reason why your vote doesn't count is the same reason a Canadians vote does not count in the American presidential race.

He doesn't live in Florida though. Think opposite side of the continent. As in the San Jose area. So in order for his vote to count, he has to be a member of Redeemed just like Canadian's can't vote for the American presidential race is because they aren't American.
