I enjoy humour that is done in good taste. I suppose good taste is a rather subjective area. Where I might find a jab at religion to be offensive another might not.
I find the Flanders' in the Simpsons to be quite humorous. I see that family as being a satirical look at misconception of a Christian family taken to the extreme. Not every Christian in Simpsons is represented that way. As a matter of fact, everybody in Springfeild goes to church. Yet in the same show, I find Itchy and Scratchy's senseless violence to be far from funny.
