I'm trying to get back into Final Fantasy 14 online, could somebody help?

I haven't played the game in a year, and I only ever got to level 2. I find it all a bit intimidating, like being new to WoW again. Could somebody show me the ropes?

Good, Garions been dming a campaign where we play the villains from the previous campaign, and I've been preparing a fallout campaign.
