I saw something once that explained the lack of lip sync is due to the massive number of languages supported by the game and that there is different audio tracks. No lip sync means no different lip sync depending on language. Still, English and Korean are probably well over 50% of their audience so you think they would maybe do those 2 and let the others look like badly dubbed films.
