Unfortunately, no, I did not take any screenshots. However, there really isn't anything that happens when you do create a guild except your guild screen suddenly shows the interface we are all used to instead of a blank window instructing you to visit a guild registrar if you want to form a guild. The only thing I could have taken a ss of would be the interface which looks a lot like the naming your character interface with 2 text fields with the 4 items it is checking the name for.
