Dell is quite good. I have had little problems with them in the past. But now I prefer to build my own, which is cheaper and I get to choose exactly what parts I want.

The OpenRPG maps for WC3 are pretty good. SOL's OpenRPG is good as well as Islands OpenRPG. I play these quite a bit as they are pretty cool.
