In a perfect world, but not the one we live in. Example: I bid a job for $100,000 that is a Government job. But if an African-American woman who is a Veteran and handicapped bids $120,000 she will get the job, even though my bid was lower.
For those of you who do not know me, I am not racist or sexist, I am merely showing a true example of why you cannot do anything you put your mind to.

I saw a very insulting commercial the other day, it said, if you let everyone play, no one wins, so go to this site for $100K+ jobs for $100K+ people... It really upset me... I have never had a job making anymore than $17,000/yr, and my family and I are struggling bad...but that is a different story...
